We don't sit on the shelf like them other guys. I mean, who knows how long they've been there for. Plus, we just wouldn't fit in. Our fresh is so cool that we need to be refrigerated. After simmering, each batch of sauce enters into a cold bath, completely haulting the cooking process. It's packaged, sealed, stickered, and sent out thereafter. Our flavors will mingle together in a BPA-free simmering pouch (boiling bag) until it's opened, and will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.

They were raised in large traditional families who treated the kitchen like their favorite room in the house, and you can experience that in their flavors.
